The 75th governor of North Carolina, Roy Cooper fought for good-paying jobs, strong public schools, access to quality, affordable health care, and a safer and more just North Carolina.

On December 18, 2024, Governor Cooper delivered his Farewell Address and reflected on his accomplishments in office as his second term as North Carolina’s 75th governor comes to a close. The Governor spoke at Nash County Community College, the same place he launched his gubernatorial campaign nine years ago.
