On December 18, 2024, Governor Cooper delivered his Farewell Address and reflected on his accomplishments in office as his second term as North Carolina’s 75th governor comes to a close. The Governor spoke at Nash County Community College, the same place he launched his gubernatorial campaign nine years ago.
